Product Availability

All of the jewellery are custom designed and handmade on site in my workshop in The Netherlands. Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery, there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website. I feel that this gives our jewellery a special unique quality and I hope you feel the same. Because my pieces of jewellery are constructed upon order, please allow 2 to 4 weeks before the piece can be shipped. Pearl Availability
At KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery, I use only high quality, Freshwater, Tahitian or Cook Islands, farmed pearls that are produced either with sustainable and organic procedures or by family run farms that give back to their community. Pearls are organic gemstones, therefore, they are unique which means sizes and colours may vary from pearl to pearl. Sizes and colours shown at each jewellery's description and photos are only indicative. I warranty to you the high quality of our products but not the availability of every colour. I will also make sure, in case of buying a jewellery set, that the all the pearls match in colour and quality. If for any reason you have a specific preference for a pearl colour or overtone please contact me at info@katerinapimenidu.com

Information on the Site

At KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery, I make every effort to ensure that my online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view my pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in the photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly.

Ownership of Content

KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery website and all of its materials and content included, as well as all the content, photos, text, videos that are send via e-mail to our costumers, are protected property of KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery or used under license or otherwise, and all rights thereto are specifically reserved. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, content on the site may not be used, copied, published, broadcasted, distributed, reproduced or transmitted without our prior written consent.

Ordering Online

You warrant to me that all information which you are required to provide when ordering online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by me clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by me. I reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by me.

Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond my control entitles me not to treat the order as being binding on me.

Prices and Payment

All the prices of the pieces quoted on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax). Where VAT is not included in the price, it will be added and payable by you at the appropriate rate.

Warranty and Liability

I warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on my website (or any other description given to you in writing). I will not have any responsibility for any damage which occurs to the Goods after delivery. If any defect in any piece appears within a week of delivery, you must notify me as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving me full details. I will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, I may arrange either to repair the Goods or to exchange them with similar Goods. I do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the Goods.

At KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery your information is kept in the strictest confidence and information is not sold to third parties, nor do I use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. If you purchase from the online store you will have the option to be added to my mailing list. My mailing list will keep you informed about new products and collections, events, news and sales.
