Shipping & Returns
All KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery pieces are handmade to order, ensuring each piece is unique and crafted especially for you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your item is shipped. For specific turnaround times, consult each individual piece. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact me at info@katerinapimenidu.com before ordering to ensure timely delivery and avoid disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece ready as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are approximate and subject to change or delay.
Returns Policy
KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. If you are unhappy with an item purchased online, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our online shop. Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and is subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders, or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings.
To return an item, please email us at sales@katerinapimenidu.com. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. KATERINA PIMENIDU Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. When returning your items, please enclose your name and address. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. A prompt refund will be issued within 7 days if the item is in its original condition and all the required information is provided. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
All items are made to order; therefore, exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
Shipping Method
We ship our products worldwide from the Netherlands using Post.NL services. All shipments are registered and come with a Track & Trace number. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your item is dispatched. Shipping costs vary according to your destination. All dispatched goods are insured within Europe by us to the full purchase amount.
